We're delighted to announce that we're mentoring the fashion designers in the "Le Geste x Centrinno" residency since June 2023. The residencies are primarily dedicated to the emergence of new creative projects and the production of prototypes.
The residency takes place at L'atelier Le Geste, La MACO (Manufacture collaborative) in Geneva.
About Le Geste
Le Geste is a Geneva-based platform that supports fashion designers by promoting the circular economy, passing on traditional textile know-how and raising awareness of the issues surrounding textile over-consumption.
Winner of the 2014 IDDEA Prize, Le Geste sets up a pilot programme for the professional integration of migrant holders of traditional textile know-how from 2017 to 2019 before joining the European CENTRINNO Horizon 2020 research programme (2020-2024 period).
